I'd done loads of research before choosing, probably spoke to 10 or 12 clinics in Turkey and a couple in the UK. What made the difference here was the honesty. Emma asked for photos from every angle and sent me a clear plan with graft numbers (around 3,800 FUE) and a hairline design before I even booked. No one tried to promise me something unrealistic. On the day the doctor drew the hairline with me in front of the mirror and we adjusted it together until it suited my face. Everything matched what we'd discussed online. The procedure was long but I watched a couple of films and the team checked on me constantly. The first wash was done at the clinic the next day and they showed me exactly how to do it at home. Aftercare kit, shampoo and a neck pillow were all included. I got a follow-up call every few weeks afterwards and sent progress photos. Now at 8 months and the density at the front is better than I hoped. Thank you Emma and the whole hair team.
