Ero un po' preoccupata all'inizio. Da anni avevo problemi con alcuni denti devitalizzati e vecchie otturazioni, e in Italia il preventivo per rifare tutto era davvero fuori portata. Ho confrontato diverse cliniche prima di decidere. Giovanni mi ha tranquillizzata rispondendo a ogni domanda con pazienza, mi ha inviato un piano dettagliato e le foto di casi simili al mio. Sapevo esattamente cosa aspettarmi prima ancora di partire. In clinica mi hanno fatto subito una TAC 3D. Il dentista è stato delicatissimo e mi ha spiegato ogni fase del trattamento: due devitalizzazioni e 8 corone in zirconio. Il laboratorio è interno, quindi il colore è stato scelto insieme a me, con calma. Hotel comodo e transfer sempre puntuali. In 7 giorni era tutto finito. Il sorriso è naturale e mi sento finalmente a mio agio. Esperienza davvero positiva, la consiglio senza esitazione a tutti i miei amici e parenti.

Avevo già parlato con varie cliniche ma solo qui mi hanno dato un piano chiaro e trasparente. Il diradamento sulla parte frontale mi dava fastidio da anni e volevo un risultato naturale, non "finto". Giovanni ha analizzato le mie foto e mi ha spiegato quanti grafts servivano (circa 3.500 con tecnica FUE) e cosa aspettarmi mese per mese, compresa la fase di caduta dopo le prime settimane. Il giorno dell'intervento il medico ha disegnato l'attaccatura insieme a me davanti allo specchio. L'intervento è durato tutta la giornata ma il team mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio, con pause regolari e sempre attenti a come stavo. Implants done over two trips, which is normal for implants as the bone needs time to heal, and Liam explained that clearly before I even booked so there were no surprises. I'd lost three back teeth over the years and was only chewing on one side. On the first trip they placed three implants. I was a bit anxious beforehand, but the surgeon talked me through each step and it was over much quicker than I expected. A bit sore for a couple of days, paracetamol was enough. Between visits Liam kept checking in on how the healing was going, asked for photos and sent me reminders about aftercare and what to eat. That made a real difference, I never felt forgotten once I got home to Liverpool. On the second trip the final crowns were fitted. They took their time with the colour and the bite and the final result is spot on. I can finally eat properly again without worrying. Couldn't have asked for better care. Emma asked for photos from every angle and sent me a clear plan with graft numbers (around 3,800 FUE) and a hairline design before I even booked. No one tried to promise me something unrealistic. On the day the doctor drew the hairline with me in front of the mirror and we adjusted it together until it suited my face. Everything matched what we'd discussed online. The procedure was long but I watched a couple of films and the team checked on me constantly. The first wash was done at the clinic the next day and they showed me exactly how to do it at home. Aftercare kit, shampoo and a neck pillow were all included. I got a follow-up call every few weeks afterwards and sent progress photos. I've struggled with thinning for years and finally decided to do something about it. I'm 34 and was getting tired of the jokes and constantly styling my hair to cover the front. From the online consultation with Laura to the final check before my flight, everything was clear and professional. As a woman I was really worried about having a hair transplant, mostly because I thought they'd have to shave my whole head and I didn't want everyone at work to notice. My hair had been thinning around the temples and the parting for a few years after a stressful period, and it really knocked my confidence. The doctors reassured me straight away. They didn't shave the top at all, only a small section at the back for the donor area, and once I let my hair down over it you couldn't see a thing. They explained they'd work between my existing hair so it would blend in, and they focused on density around my temples and the front of the parting. The procedure took most of the day but I was comfortable, the team kept checking on me and brought lunch in between. The next morning they did the first wash and showed me how to care for it.
