I was quite nervous before flying out. I've always hidden my smile in photos because of a gap at the front and some staining that no whitening ever fixed. I spoke with clinics in London first but the prices for veneers were just not realistic for me. Emma answered every single question I had over WhatsApp, even late in the evening, and sent me photos of similar cases so I knew what to expect. When I arrived the dentist took his time, showed me the X-rays and explained the plan step by step. We agreed on 8 E-max veneers on the top and he actually talked me out of going too white, which I'm so glad about now. The mock-up day was my favourite part, I could see the shape before anything was final and they tweaked it until I was happy. The whole thing took 6 days and I had time to see a bit of Istanbul in between. Veneers look so natural that nobody at work believes they're not my real teeth. I finally smile with my mouth open in pictures. Lovely experience overall, thank you Emma and the whole dental team.

I'd been putting off sorting my teeth for years. I had two missing teeth on the lower left and an old bridge that kept coming loose, and every quote I got in Leeds was eye-watering. A friend showed me her results and I started looking into Turkey, which honestly scared me at first. Sonia was my coordinator and she was brilliant from the very first message. She sent me a clear breakdown of the treatment, flights, hotel and transfers, and answered all my (many!) questions without ever making me feel silly. At the clinic they did a full 3D scan before anything else. My dentist explained exactly where the implants would go and why, showed me the scan on screen and talked me through the healing time. I had two implants placed under local anaesthetic and honestly felt pressure, not pain. The clinic is really modern, there's a lab on site so the temporary teeth were ready the next day. Recovery was much quicker than I expected, a bit of swelling for two days and that was it. I'm chewing on both sides again for the first time in ages. Thank you to the dentists, the nurses and of course Sonia, you made something I dreaded feel easy.

I had already spoken with various clinics, but only here did they give me a clear and transparent plan. The thinning at the front had bothered me for years and I wanted a natural result, not a "fake" one. Giovanni analyzed my photos and explained how many grafts I'd need (around 3,500 with the FUE technique) and what to expect month by month, including the shedding phase after the first few weeks. On the day of the procedure the doctor drew the hairline together with me in front of the mirror. The procedure took the whole day, but the team made me feel comfortable, with regular breaks and always checking how I was doing. The next day they did the first wash and explained the full aftercare routine. At six months the result is excellent and keeps improving. Thanks to Giovanni and the whole team!
