“This was my second time with Esvita for dental work. Two years ago, I had 8 crowns placed on my upper jaw. The teeth were done well, but since I didn’t do the lower jaw at the time, my bite wasn’t properly adjusted. The dentist had advised me to complete everything together, but I wasn’t convinced then. After two years, my bite became too uncomfortable, so I returned. I originally planned to treat only the lower jaw but ended up replacing all of my upper and lower teeth, including the previously done crowns. This time, I knew exactly what I wanted and had done thorough research. Although my previous crowns were nice, they didn’t really suit my face. This time, I wanted a more natural look, so I showed the dentist a photo of my desired result. My dentist was Huseyin (or Hilmi). He speaks English, which made communication so much easier. He explained everything clearly,what he would do, how, and why. He was amazing, gentle, and most importantly, he did an excellent job. My new teeth look natural, they match the photo I showed him, and they truly suit my face. Lesson learned: Go into this process informed. Review the dentist’s work beforehand and make sure it matches the look you want. Also, keep in mind that this is not Australia or America,there are cultural differences in communication and scheduling. For example, I am used to having all appointment details confirmed well in advance, but in Turkey, things are more flexible. Appointments are usually scheduled the evening before for the next day, so adjust your expectations accordingly.”
